Orbit are proposing to develop new Independent Living Housing (with care) for older people in Southam replacing Victor Hodges House. As part of the redevelopment a new library, community and council facility are to be provided.
Town residents views are therefore important.
Whilst initial draft plans have been available to view at the Library and The Grange, an informal public consultation event, with further plans available to view and comment upon, is to take place at Southam Library.
